Established in 2012, EMSconnect is a nationally recognized top-tier provider of online CAPCE-accredited continuing education.

EMSCon 2027 is our premier gathering for emergency medical service providers, healthcare leaders, educators, and industry innovators from across the United States.

Expected attendance: 400-500 EMS professionals.

Event Details

Dates: May 22-23, 2027. Location: Davenport Grand Hotel, 333 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA.

Setup is available Friday evening and Saturday morning. Teardown is Sunday after the closing keynote.

Exhibitor Packages

Standard Booth: $500. Double Booth: $1,000. Breakout Hallway Table: $250.

All booths include free Wi-Fi and electricity. Additional exhibitor badges are $100 per person.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Silver sponsorship begins at $1,500, Gold at $3,000, and Platinum at $5,000.

Premium tiers include larger brand placement, signage, event recognition, and exhibitor badges.

A La Carte Opportunities

Options include reception sponsorships, lunch sponsorship, lanyards, swag bags, breakout rooms, and Poker Run title sponsorship.

Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required to secure booth space. Cancellations before February 1, 2027 receive a full refund.

No refunds are available after March 1, 2027, or if logo printing is included.

Ruby River Hotel and Oxford Suites Downtown are conference partner hotels within walking distance of the venue.
